1.Best brass#59-1 is adopted as the raw material and shaped by heavy-duty die-casting machine to assure the purity of the brass bar without any holes.
2.With lathing,drilling and screwing thread.
3.After repeatedly polished and re-polished process,the brass bar's surface is smooth & shiny,like a mirror.Any defective items will be returned & re-polished.
4.Only the perfect product can pass our more than 10 times QC inspections.
5.The polished brass bars need 3 coatings of Copper Plated to increase the coherence.
6.Another 2 coatings of Nickel Plated to strengthen the anti-erosive and anti-abrasive funtions for passing the 96-hour Acidity Test.
7.By Mirror Chrome Plating(or Satin Chrome Plating),after the mentioned Copper Plating and Nickel Plating, the finished products are sparkling.
8.After the Chrome Plating process,our product inspected by extremely strict QC procedure.
9.Any defective or imperfect items will be cut and destroyed on the spot and not allowed to ship out.
10.Only the finished and perfect items can be packaged after engraving with "MEILIAN"Logo
